“Annwn is the Celtic Otherworld, a place both outside of time and beyond mortal understanding. If you’re a friend of the fae you’ll be allowed to enter, slipping through one of the many portals or rifts that shimmer at the edges of our world. Getting in is easy…but getting out is more difficult.

Time passes so differently in the Otherworld that when you’ve finally climbed back to the portal, step by painful step, you find that what you thought was a single day has stretched into a hundred years. The once familiar landscape beyond has warped and changed, and there is no one alive on the other side who even remembers your name. If you dare to set foot back into our world, time may catch up with you all at once…and crumble you to dust.

Moral of the story- either stay in Annwn, or really keep an eye on the time.”
