About Us

My given name is Summer Star, and I was born in the Black Hills of South Dakota to a mother of Slavic descent and a man of western plains Native American descent. Since birth, earth-connectedness, celestial wonder, and universal spirituality have been a part of my life. I was raised with an animistic respect for the planet, its cycles, its creatures, its spirits, and the importance of balance and harmony with the natural world. My educational background is in Conservation Biology, Forest Science, and Environmental Policy and I worked in the clean energy field before launching my business in 2023.

I am a liminal witch, animist, and fully embrace the dualities of light/shadow, sky/soil, cosmos/earth, conscious/subconscious, life/death, growth/decay, and many more in my personal practice. I find much strength and guidance through the chthonic/underworld because it holds the natural and ancestral connections to this world and to the greater cycles of creation and existence. Through the underworld, I connect with the protective and generative power of source, while channeling spiritual energy and bridging the space between worlds.

I celebrate natural alchemy, am dedicated to purity and potency, and I never use synthetic ingredients or fragrances in any of my products. This means they are free from phthalates, petroleum, parabens, fillers, synthetic dyes and chemicals, and are cruelty-free to honor the Earth, Body, Spirit, and Universal Rhythms.

I offer divinatory support for those navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to reconnect with or discover their magical practice. My approach is grounded and personal; rooted in conversation, not performance. I help those who understand the importance of healthy dualities explore the energies influencing their lives and illuminate their most aligned and powerful path forward.

Alongside intuitive guidance, I can craft eco-conscious ritual tools (such as beeswax candles and oils as well as talismans and customized sigils), during highly auspicious times, to support your unique journey.

I also host the Liminal Witch Podcast, where I dive headfirst into the raw, transformative edges of personal empowerment, shadow work, magic, witchcraft, and animism - without sugarcoating or gatekeeping.
